corruption exists anywhere to a degree, and while it would be more realistic to depict the ML as a rich shady bsnssman than some city gangster with some small drug money in some shady club, how can the MC be surprised that his station could be corrupt?
and never notice it before? i know this isn't depicting real police work and all, but this can hardly be the first time the MC is confronted with injustice if his station is in the hands of the most cliché mafia guys. and his chief hates that too but never told him? an investigation going nowhere, him being taken off cases, evidence vanishing, the courts never convicted the bad guys he caught, none of that is happening lol?
the MC acts like some rookie out of school who never even touched upon the subject of organised crime but is investigating it, alone, undercover, like the threatening, bribery and corruption is part of most OC definitions ...??

At the end of the day tho they haven’t known each other for that long. He doesn’t know why those rules are in place and the consequences of breaking them. Him breaking boundaries could’ve(and most likely will) cause a lot of issues. He’s being immature and hot headed. I see what you're getting at, and I agree mostly, expect for the part where you say Yigon ain't in love. It's true that he's desperate due to the circumstances. But he really loves the idea of all that TK can be. Also, for someone who has had it as rough as Yigon in life, the idea of love might not be the one "widely regarded." Meaning of love is different for everyone and for Yigon it might not be as lavish as it is for those who have it good.
Having said all that, it's true that they both are using each other. Also, poor Yigon, because as of now, TK is an asshole, when compared to Yigon. I just hope that if they come together, which they obviously will, they better become better for each other and it's out of genuineness.

well yeah in that context you presented as well, there are people who believe that you're the same person even if you lose your memories and there are people who don't. I personally believe that your memories are what makes you who you are, not your body or your muscle memory. and if i were to wake up 10 years later and be told that i got hit by truck-kun, forgot everything and lived a life anew, got married to a man who loves me, but now only remember the memories from before truck-kun, it would feel like that man loves someone else, someone I don't know, someone that's not me. and sure, he could tell me we basically have the same personality or something, but it would still feel like I'm not entitled to that love and it would feel hella wrong accepting it. I think in our case the drama is not the nature part (zombie or nor) but the memory part. because yeah you're right the zombie is going more and more human ever since they met uke, but however human he becomes, he will still feel like a different person from the one uke loves.
