I really really loved this series. Season 1 to me is miles better simply because I found the characters more charming and likeable. Season 2 I couldn't connect with the characters as much but the stories were still just as engaging. I love how realistic the portrayals of all the relationships are. In so few chapters the characters undergo so much growth and even if there's room for more growth I like how realistic it was to show that the characters aren't perfect and were still working on their own progress. They were assh*les and selfish at times, but that's something you run the risk of finding in any relationship.

Certain things I really liked is that this is probably the first time I see a character who is a virgin (Jinwoo) portray one so differently? So many times you either get the stereotypical blushing virgin who for whatever reason falls into bed with the other lead but they don't go deep into that if it makes sense? it goes something like:
"I'm a virgin."
"Okay, I will take your virginity."
"Bet."

But in season 1 we have Jinwoo who sets his boundaries and doesn't want to rush into anything and Kisub respects that and they go at his pace (there are hijinks involved yes, that makes it that much better) have great communication when it comes to that.

Ray started off as a character I thought I would dislike but he really redeemed himself, so well I ended up rooting for him. I like that these stories don't dig deep into backstories but we get an idea of why Ray is the way he is to explain his actions. Very different to Sun/Seon who just acts horrible because he is horrible. I like that they didn't give us more background on him because some people just are plainly horrible, there's not always a tragic childhood story/experience to reason it.

I like how we got one side of Kisub when the story was being told through basically Jinwoo's eyes but once that flipped and we were shown his point of view we got to see the type of person Jinwoo had fallen in love with (a great one with some flaws!) because I had my doubts sometimes lol.

All in all this was such a delightful read, the art style really just adds something more to what is a really great realistic portray of friendships and relationships. 10/10
