Do you have a VPN? If you do, when the site glitches then you can switch the country your VPN is in and the site should be fine I think
That's what I do whenever it tells me the site is down, I just switch between countries until I find one that works

I have never heard of that, but they probably have one on MRM. They have a lot of doujin on that site, but you should use an adblock because of the ads on there
