ok so, idk what the author wants. idk where and when the love shoudl start or if it already started. i tend to romanticize yaoi, sop like for me they are already in love. But can we really say so? i am just reading 2 guys traumatized. one after sex and the other cause he is being black mailed. They are not honest with each other, they do care tho. I think for seme it is even harder accepting to have feels after what red haired did to his friend suha, or in general. and red haired has too much pride. i really think He would need therapy, next to seme. Like somethinglike: i will help you, i will stay with you to help you get better.
