It’s always so funny when a phone starts ringing during surgery and he shouts, but it always turns out to be his phone
The ending is so strange to me because the problem was never ML not caring for or treating MC well. We know this mfer is obsessed with MC and MC knows ML treats him well. The problem is his feelings for MC aren’t romantic, so why would ML caring for MC and saving his mom’s piano resolve the problem?
MC should come out of the novel/manhwa to give the author a good beating for the manhwa title and plot
