Ch 40 - I'M SO MAD at the black-haired prosecutor guy for trying to make moves on MC. He even wore a casual outfit so MC wouldn’t feel the distance between them, since he always used to wear a suit. And he just kept pushing himself onto MC—saying sweet words and straight-up confessing that he liked him. I was like: WTF?? NO. DUDE. SHUT UP.
Our precious orange-haired MC? He wasn’t just confused—he looked downright disgusted. He politely asked to be left alone (literally said he’d raise the baby himself so the prosecutor could just fuck off), but the guy just wouldn’t budge??? He even forced MC to eat the fruits he brought, despite MC saying he was fine. Prosecutor dude took a bite, claimed it wasn’t poisoned, and told MC to just relax and eat. MC ended up eating it just to shut him up. DUDE, YOU KNOW YOUR TACTICS ARE GETTING LAME BY TIME. MC IS NEVER GOING TO LIKE YOU. JUST GIVE IT UP ALREADY.
Ending panel? Prosecutor guy was basically begging MC to look at him favorably—he said just a little more. He knows he's losing to the white-haired guy, so he straight-up begged MC to like him. DUDE. FUCK OFF!
Ch 41 - Prosecutor guy visited again, and MC met him with a jacket wrapped around his shoulders which is soaked in the white-haired guy's pheromones. The moment the prosecutor smelled it and realized it wasn’t his pheromones, he ripped it off MC’s shoulders, immediately covered it with his own pheromones, and handed it back—obviously annoyed that he could recognize the scent of his rival's pheromones there, so he wasted no time marking it as his. I was like: BRO?? WHY SO RUDE??? I remember SHIN HEOWON (white haired guy) did the total opposite. He let the other alpha's pheromones exist bcs MC needs it. AND YOU'RE HERE GETTING RID OF OTHER ALPHA'S PHEROMONES AS IF MARKING MC AS YOURS??? COME ON.
Then MC, internally, started comparing the pros and cons of the two men chasing him. We all know the prosecutor guy has money and is a free man. Meanwhile, the white-haired guy is in prison, unsure of his sentence, and is just MC’s boss (selling drugs). MC figured that raising a baby while running a drug business is not a good move, so, somehow, he agreed that the prosecutor guy is the right choice. That he'd try his best to like him back.
AND GUESS WHAT.
MC covered his face with the jacket, only to realize that all traces of the white-haired guy's pheromones were completely gone.
Then he cried.
MC IS CRYING.
BECAUSE HE CAN'T SMELL WHITE HAIRED GUY'S PHEROMONES ANYMORE.
