I, I just finished reading Reunion, to those who haven't read it, please do cause you're missing a part of your reading life. (There's a bit of spoiler, just a bit, so please don't read beyond this if you don't want a spoiler)
So i'm here cause I want to let my feelings out about the story, cause if I don't, I don't think I'll enjoy any bl that I'm planning to read later. Why? Because Reunion, (I was planning to say left a bitter taste in my mouth), but let's just say that It hurts me a bit and left me a bit unsatisfied with what happened. I love, love the story and how they're together now, Bawled my eyes out for their pain and even their happiness, that's why I can't for the love of me like the people who did that to them. I felt unsatisfied about how it turned out with his family, I guess i'm a really bad person for this, but I wanted them to suffer for what they did, and I wanted the story to show that they regret it before they show the closure of the family. The family dinner? and when the mom stand up for her son saying about how the family shouldn'tcare if yoonsung is living with a man, I didn't saw a mom who finally accepted his son being gay, but a hypocrite. Like after everything they did? The one who actually helped hakyung more is the one who apologized. I don't want them to apologize to hakyung cause I don't want them to show their face to hakyung, but they should've apologized to yoonsung. Whatever, I guess it's true that writing about what you're feeling helps you release your tension, cause I'm finally a bit calm right now. I still wanted them to suffer tho, like yoonsung not meeting them for a while then them realizing their mistake and regretting it. Well, that's all, since I'm calm right now I can finally continue reading another story and enjoy it.
