In my opinion, the seme haven't done anything wrong to the mc. It was actually weird for a person with a trauma to always do the actions he was traumatized about.
If you think about it properly, It was the seme who actually have a trauma than the mc. The seme lost his sexual desires towards either gender. And his only solace was only the mc. The fact that he can't let go him even if want to. I think the mc was blame for that incident, in the first place. Seme probably never harbored any sexual desire to the mc, until the mc confessed to him. I bet the mc did something else, for the seme to be so desperate about him.
