I don't see how this will ever end nicely... if Seong-ah and Woo-yeol keeps hiding like this then Hell will eventually send another doppelganger that's far more aggressive to hunt them down and kill them right? That means they'll be facing off another crazy ahh person who looks exactly like Woo-yeol!! Isn't that so scary omg... Also even if the managed to beat the aggressive doppelganger the aftermath is going to be so messy... Alright, I'm preparing myself for the drama!!!!
