So the MLs are kiddo, baek dohyun, and her celestial. I got kind of confused with baek dohyun wanting to hold her hand, kiddo being all over her + her celestial also being touchy with her.
Kiddo- Is also a regressor who has unrequited feelings for Jo and is trying to get her attention(?)
Baek Dohyun- Her first love/lover in the first timeline
Ceestial-Here main lover who also repeatedly turned back time because Jo only lived until 20 in all of the timelines. If I understand the spoilers correctly this is her last regression or her celestial used up all the regression and this is the last chance to get Jo to live past 20
