It’s so disheartening to spend hours cleaning manga and watch my colleagues spend hours translating and typesetting, to see people saying it’s taking too long and someone machine translating over us when we’ve said we’re still working on this series. No one has any patience, and everyone is so entitled. We do this for free and we want it to be good, why can’t people ask if we’ve dropped it first? It’s obvious we havent!
He showed up in volume 7. He’s the son in the Australian family who Natsuki stays with when he goes there every year. He comes to their town to visit (he’s been living in japan for a while, but wants to move to Tokyo) and ends up staying with them, and then eventually he goes and lives in Kurisu’s house. When he meets Kurisu, he thinks his name is Kris, and comments that his friend back home is also called Chris. That’s who this is! He came to visit Alex in Japan, this is the first time we meet him.

This creeps me out so much, but not because the older one is too old as such, but that the younger one was 11 when they met, pretending to be 18 so he had a chance with the other one. Do 11 year olds really think that way? It feels way too young, and then it’s also creepy cause they’re 18 and 25 when they meet again. Like I get the older one isn’t a paedophile cause the younger one doesn’t look 11, but it’s still a bit fucking weird.
well theyre actually 18 and 23, cuz MC thinks the 18 yr old is 25, and he was supposed to be two years older.
that said, I felt a little weird about it, but at the end of the day they were both consenting adults when they started dating. The thing that IS actually fucked up, is that the 18 yr old slept with him before revealing his true age.
