you guys have to understand he’s not caring about his emotions, he cares more about the mc’s feelings. When he’s this traumatized from what happened he wants his alpha to help him forget what happened even if it’s for a moment. He’s acting on pure raw emotion, I get it bc when I was almost r-worded I wanted my partner at the time to “fill me up” as you’d say to help me forget that someone else’s body was on me. It’s a trauma response.
