Here we go again with "Aren't they siblings?" She wasnt adopted she was abducted. She never saw him as her brother she was her means of survival. She knew from the start that he wasn't her brother, but was a villain. Same goes to him he never saw her as her sister. And he knew at a young age that he wasn't his sister.
