Hi! I really love manga and manhwa (especially BL) and I’m curious — what are the ways people can actually work with them (not just as artists or authors)? Like proofreading, typesetting, translating, or helping with webtoons. Do companies or scanlation groups accept beginners? I don’t have a degree, but I’m very motivated and want to know how people usually start in this kind of work. Any advice or personal experiences would be super helpful.
