This scene was way better in novel, fk her monologue was longer, more direct and cruel towards this pos, also she was more beaten up, and at some point he was strangling her while screaming, she was covered in blood from cuts and a lot of ppl witnessed it, knights, Freya with her brother, her sister, and father in law.
While I don't like to see Ruby hurt, in this scene artist should really follow the novel, it showed how she was treated her whole life, and thanks to witnessing her at her lowest everyone present understood she was a victim, even Freya, and the rest of ppl who distrusted Ruby instantly realized she wasn't some scheming devil, who is playing with Izek's feeling.
In this version it looks bad, but not SO bad, like it could be seen as really, really heated argument, when emotions fly of the handle, while it should be clear indication of how cruel he was, and how bad Ruby was treated.
I'm really disappointed.
