There was clearly a flashback. I can't pin if he was giving head to the daughter in that or the mum. Because if he was giving her mum head then. WTF!! He was clearly a child? But if he wasn't then mmmh, the plot thickens. Kinda annoying that he's calling for her mum even in this state but anyways.
