My honest opinion is, as long as its educational and actually develops the brain (like those dancing fruit videos for actual literal less than a year old babies is fine, because it helps them with their vision and hearing which are low) then its fine. Of course you shouldn't rely on technology to entertain your kid, sometimes its ok. Its not lazy p......
