I've read the first book and as far as it ended he's not a beast with Inseop anymore, he's genuinely worried after this so he does his best to make sure Inseop gets better, he even stop his urges and do things he doesn't want just for Inseop to heal completely ofc it reaches a point where he can't do it anymore but he's really gentle. The 2nd book... I read just a few chapters because I liked the ending of the 1st one and I didn't want more angst, I don't know if this work will continue with that part too so i can't be for sure that it won't happen again but at least for the main story it only get better for Inseop (finally) but I know he's still really possessive and jealous he just doesn't hurt him anymore.

I don't want to give major spoilers but ir hurts a little what it comes, like... I cried like a baby lmao but it's not something necessarily bad, it's a tiny misunderstanding.

And now I can regulate my time and schedule with reading novels in between like a pro haha. Before I was like, nahh I’m pretty much busy so I don’t have the time to read hundred chapters of it. I didn’t expect that it was possible, that you’ll ended up making time for it whether you like it or not XD

i'm not sure if it's already been explained outright in the manhwa but basically

the seo family is cursed where their descendants are in danger until they reach 20 years old, but if they manage to survive past 20, they won't be under the curse anymore and can live life normally

it's not a "every descendant in the seo family will die before 20" curse, it's a "every descendant in the seo family is in danger before they reach 20, and most don't make it" curse

seungjoo's parents are both still alive

seungjoo's older sibilings didn't make it to 20. his oldest sibling (aka the one muheun was 'paired' with as a guardian like how muryeoung is paired with seungjoo) was close, but fell to the curse in the end
