hes not doing it for mincheol's reaction, basically this whole setup is for taeha & his bodyguard to act as loan sharks that came to na haesoo's home to make her pay up her husband's debt & their basically manipulating mincheol into thinking that na haesoo is in danger (bc of the unpaid debt), resulting in him pleading to them that he's gonna be the one to pay for all of the debt he racked up instead of haesoo while he's also struck with guilt for what he has done to her
