Personal opinion: wouldn’t mind if they’re just besties haha
Not everyone has to be a love rival and just because someone smiles at someone when looking at them doesn’t mean they’re in love (says the person who’s not been in love yet oops) it’s so clichee in fictional works that sometimes I’d like to see a twist or it suddenly being like „HA! Gotcha!“ and they’re just friends for life or smth XD

I agree but I also think that in their position, finding a super supportive partner that could relate would be really difficult, so I think it'd be nice to be able to fall in love with a partner so compatible :3
Also true! If they’re looking for a partner, one that understands oneself and supports you is probably the best ^^
I think that when you're in love, you're eyes just naturally falls on that person and you wouldn't even notice that your smiling already .. of course it doesn't only apply to romantic relationship, it could happen to friendships and family. But yeah, looking at the eyes of the person in love is certainly different (like you instinctively catch it if you're sensitive enough)
