there was somthing wrong occuring in my profile pic. i try to change it but, it keeps on saying that the pic must have lesser MB than 2. but i saw the size of picture i trynna put there, and it only has 246KB. what should i do?

i've even asked at the mgg guide, but didn't get any reply. someone else said that we could only change on pc
