As far as I remember, no melons or cheeks were mentioned in an excessive way. It focused way more on outfits and skirt lengths. The actual problems with the novel were the repetitive plots and all the nonsense filler. Waste of time [novel version]. This adaptation is much better [for story wise], it's just too much when it comes to fanservice.

Got it, thanks for telling me. :D Honestly I'd rather it be full of filler content than full of ridiculously huge boobs, overly sexualized outfits and panty shots, so I think I'll give the novel a try because I find the plot fun but I just can't with that bro;;

Same reason why I read the novel XD.
Anyways, the early arcs in the novel were nice and still fun to read, but after chapter 200+ it became repetitive. Dropped it at 300.
