ngl i can understand guwon's point of view: i'm not tryna justify him, all i'm saying is that since they're in an apocalyptic setting, y'all can't really hold the characters up to the same moral standards as normal pepole. if you're the person who governs a town or simply a group of people, especially in a dire situation such as THE FUCKING APOCALYPSE, you gotta be strict, or people will think that they can do whatever they want, and they will commit more crimes. obviously i'm not saying that it's good that he killed the guy who stole the medicine, it would've been great if he had just been exiled or something, but a harsh punishment was needed anyway. however, the fact that he killed the doctor's family was so uncalled for... like why does he go around killing people outside of his town
