I feel like this is bound to be the reason for the make-or-break of their relationship, seeing as there is definitely a lack of communication somewhere. Luke is for sure trying to gauge what Andrew feels about things (getting along with his friends, their relationship being out in the open) since he knows Andrew is a huge ball of anxiety and tries to fill up the gaps. Andrew basically said in the last panel that there's no need to mull over things as long you fill the gaps, but that's just a recipe for a disaster waiting to happen because they have not faced the issue directly. It's like a band-aid solution and if not resolved properly, would ruin either one or both of them in the long run. Not to mention the fact that there's someone out there trying to ruin them (the photo of them kissing in the bathroom iirc) which might become the trigger for the bomb.

Bro as an allied health personnel, you should also know that lupus was named after a wolf bec of the way the disease gives rashes similar to a wolf's bite. Hence the lupus in SLE, bc lupus LITERALLY means wolf...... So oBV he wasn't named after te disease but after the wolf
