You can’t but if you click on the icon of a clock at the top of the page then you can see stories you’ve recently read
"i already read" category on your profile! if it was when you don't have your account, try searching 'mangago' on your google history though it WILL take you a long time.

It's a bl manhua in a highschool setting and like one guy is a school president smth and like a guy (idlk) they even got like engaged at the end. It has 90+ chaoters
