It’s very clear from Ri-in’s reaction that something seriously horrible happened to Cirrus. I don’t think he was in the emotional state to be thinking about Chan-il at that moment.
Sure. I can understand and empathize on Cirrus end but that's because we're readers, we're basically been reading into his past and current life. However Chan il isn't one of us. I just think it is fair for him to feel anger if we were in his shoes after seeing that scene. Cirrus and Ri in hurted him even tho it wasn't intentionally. Chan il deserves that apology or atleast an explanation especially from Ri-in
