I frigging love Honu she is precious and did not deserve all the suffering the goblin put her through. I NEED A SERIES WITH JUST HER, THE CLAY DOLL AND THE DOGS IN MODERN ERA FIGHTING CRIME.
While the goblin and his human wife was cute and all and her death was sad. But Honu, my beautiful fox, did not deserve to be treated that way. Honu was not even there when it happened and she even warned the human.
SUPER glad Honu got a good ending. Though would have preferred she left the goblin to wallow in his misery. Saving grace is at least its not romantic kind between the two. Just that they have been together for so long they have built a stronger bond than he did with his human wife.
But still dislike the goblin though that pathetic manchild. Hardly a revenge for his human wife when he is placing his anger on someone innocent and was clearly used as a scapegoat by the other foxes.

Just so people won't be worried, coz while the MC leaves with ML on chapter 21 and they had sweet and sexy times. MC still decides to stay with the grandma.
They said their temporary goodbyes and it shifts to the perspective of the ML in the city where he works and is waiting for MC to call.
ML even prepared a room already for MC with the vanity mirror. It took a while (but only 1 chapter of separation for us readers thankfully) and it was winter again, ML kept drinking alcohol to keep his sorrows away. Until finally he gets a phone call from MC.
Grandma died offscreen. MC called him after the funeral and finally she has no more things shackling her to that godawful town. Still wanted the grandma to suffer coz MC sacrificed too much for that gaslighting toxic grandma.
The two reunited and ML kept crying when he finally met MC again. And starting from chapter 24 they together together with even more sexy times until the end.
Really wanted to see their wedding but the ending was still satisfying to see them happy and spending time together.
I freaking knew it was too good to be true for second (￣ε(#￣)Σ but hey— as long as it was a happy ending I’m good hehehe

In the main story the ML is the ex boyfriend. It's pretty straightforward that the ML and FL is the endgame coz they both still have feelings for each other. And ML is possesive over FL and has not been with/dated any other girl/ since he met her. It just took a while to fix their misunderstandings and get back together. But that did not stop them from being intimate. So many many sexy times.
As for second ML the sexy scenes with him were ALL only in his imagination and one time the FL's imagination. And a kiss when the second ML finally confessed to her but FL stopped it and did not go any further. He does seem to end up with her in the side stories. It seemed like an AU if FL and ML did not end up together. Coz ML is still there and likes FL but FL seems to reciprocate second ML more in that AU.
As for the short hair girl, she is not the ML's girlfriend. Just a friend. And is the lesbian love interest of the FL's sister (one of the twin siblings of the FL). She did bring about the misunderstanding between the ML and FL coz she was mad. Did not understand if she was mad at FL's sister or at FL for breaking up with the ML.

The reasons she seems to meet the ex-husband every time so far was too help his sorry ass in work. Apparently his work wants to see his homelife so MC kept showing up as his wife to show he has like home life balance whatever and not a sorry loser. She leaves the moment it was done, leaving his sorry ass behind. MC just kept thinking about the blondie ML.
Except for the latest raw chapter, when blondie ML finds out she been helping the ex-husband after talking to the boss of her ex-husband (the boss seems to be ML's father or grandfather). In that moment MC seems to be comforting the ex-husband at his home coz he was crying about something. Unfortunately the MC and ML has not yet reunited and only talked in phone.
But MC not once in those moments did MC blush or be emotionally moved by her ex-husband. She doesn't look in love with him unlike the times she is with blondie ML. But she still goes to the ex-husband's side every time he needs help. I don't understand why.

Exhusband is still not worth it. Not only for his cheating but he was a terrible partner to MC and treated her as a maid. Even in his regret phase his still a little b*tch. He sucks. No grand moments with him just him. Just remembering his time with MC and thinking how life was cozier when he was with her.
Unlike the actual blonde ML. Blondie ML has more bonding and sweet moments with MC. And the only reason MC left blondie's home after 3 months was coz blondie was actually a rich kid and being pressured by his father/grandfather for something. And she felt like she will pull him down if she stay. But he still tried to look for MC. Never gave up.
As for the other woman (OW), there is still no retribution so far. The ex-husband broke up with her and she just spilled that the MC has a another guy.
And when MC's bestfriend finally confronted her, the OW seduced the bestfriend's bf and even showed her pics of them in bed.
This boyfriend was the same friend who was enabling ex-husband and did not care when the ex-husband was cheating. The bestfriend's BF did not even care he was caught cheating.
Karma on the OW though coz the dude she seems to actually like is MC's SUPER HOT AND SUCCESFUL brother who actually likes MC's bestfriend and is actively pursuing her. I can't wait for the OW to find out. And I hope the MC's brother shuts the OW down fast for hurting the two women important in his life.

I mean murder is bad and all I'm aware. After all this would be horrifying in real life. But this manga is fascinating in a morbid way. And really it was the two main leads that made it worth reading this. They are f*cked up in their own way and yet at the end I still could not help but think "Good for them. They are finally together."
P.S. I absolutely adore Tae Joon. Manly ukes are best. Plus I liked how my impression of him gradually changed as the story continued to unravel. I digged it a lot. From goody two shoes honor student to a man whose finally freed from his inhibitions.

I FRIGGING LOVE THE FIRST COUPLE. Gawd! The slowburn of their romance was just perfect. No needless drama as it focused more on the two learning more about each other and falling deeper in love and eventually them gradually accepting their feelings. The pace of their relationship was just right because while Zichen wanted a label for their relationship, he never forced Sitong out of his comfort zone. He patiently waited for Sitong to be ready. And I LOVE LOVE LOVE SITONG so much. He was such a refreshing and interesting character to follow. And even though he is rarely vocal of his affections for Zichen (even though he loved him longer), his way of expressing his love was just adorable and wholesome.
Totally recommended! Such a satisfying story!
Can't wait for more chapters of the second season to release so that we can see more of the two sweethearts now that they are official~
