Something like Ten Count, Koi ga Michitara or Kiraide Isasete. They're all different genres but I loved all of these. Preferably completed stories, please!

Pleaaaase, does anyone know where I can find the 6th volume for the Ten Count Drama CD? I already heard volumes 1-5, and I found the 6th one, but it's censored and I can't stand not being able to hear the missing sections. Does anyone have a link or the site of where it's posted (the full version)? I am begging here

A while ago I read a manhua about this dude who's a famous actor and got his face burned. He ended up in the hospital and his benefactor or the person in charge of him told him he didn't want him anymore because of his injury. He magically travels back in time and he decides to do everything he can to prevent the tragedy from happening. He changes his shitty personality, becomes nice, tries harder in acting and he starts liking another dude who I don't really remember much about. The main character is blonde and I remember a specific scene where he tells his manager to throw away all the chicken breast because he can't stand the sight of it due to him forcing himself to eat it to stay skinny.

I would appreciate it so much if someone knows what this is called!
