One other thing. When Juheon found out and was right to be angry, I find it inexcusable how he insulted Dohu? Talking about how going solo for him isnt new and how it probably excites dohu to be alone again? Like wtf, he completely disregards dohus feeling towards him, but also how dohu opened up to him about something personal. How dohu struggles with reading emotions and how all of this is a first for him, and proceeds to throw it in his face? Doesnt even care how it might affect dohu and knows he was bullied for this very thing but still proceeds to say this? He then makes dohu walk on thin ice around him, wants dohu to give him space, but gets annoyed then Dohu approaches him to talk about their situation or the very fact that dohu gave him space just as Juheon wanted.
Wait did Dohu actually ever open up to Juheon? I dont think he ever told him about the bullying or that he can't read expressions
Juheon just thinks of him as a weird kid.
In the 1st place, Juheon fell for him because he thought Dohu fell for him and the persistent following got to him. But to know that it was all a facade to take advantage of him is heartbreaking.
Also he gave him plenty of chances to tell him that he was sorry and that maybe at first it started like that but he genuinely loves him now. But Dohu keeps saying all the wrong things
Juheon was hurt so badly by the people he loves and now this. I feel so bad for him
yep he opened up and spoke to him why he started writing which is to understand people’s emotions better and how it helped him and why he is so keen on observing them..
Am I wrong for wanting Juheon to chase Dohu? Idk bro like 4 years is a lot and I get its bc of Juheon's family situation but bro couldn't leave like a goodbye letter? like I don't want dohu to chase him especially after having no contact from Juheon throughout the past 4 years, I feel like it would make him look pathetic idk bro.
Yes, Dohu was also slow, Juheon kinda did most of the things in the relationship so he thought maybe things slowly would settle them out, but he was unaware of what Juheon was going through and also he has a hard time understanding emotions so the delayed response.
But I hope the chasing arc is from Dohu sincerely, Juheon needs to know what he thought was shallow love was actually not.
