My thoughts on this so far:
1. Read this if you want to vent out and be angry. There has been 52 chapters and the lack of redemption and the stupidity of the characters irks me so much.
2. I know mental illnesses can affect your perception of things but I still don’t understand why wen nian is so attached to the seme. The lack of back story on why he still perseveres baffles me.
3. Honestly, I would hate them being together in the end. The author might blame Luou for all of the things that happened but the fact that he is an abuser is just wrong.
4. The entire family and people around them never actually stood up and help wen nian. They would only call out the seme about him being dumb, stupid and not seeing the truth behind everything but they never really stepped up to actually help wen nian.
5. I really want wen to have an amazing life ahead of him where he would be able to enjoy all the things. I would rather have him without any live interest and focus on his well-being and career as a pianist.
Overall, I’m still looking forward to the developments of the plotline. I still want to give the manhua a fair chance. It actually has a good flow starting it and if the plot holes and backstories are properly fixed then I believe this would be a very touching and great manhua.
