it depends on you (fake name, right name). But I guess you will have everywhere the same prob. if you make an account. you can create a otaku e-mail XD (for manga, anime stuff - who know's maybe you are a teacher and you don't want that your students know that you like yaoi hihihihihihihihi
do you have already an you tube account? for some videos you have to make an account because of +18 - if you have you can -sign in- (g+ is from google, you know I'm not emberassed anymore- in the moment when you use the internet 100 of people know what you do, sometimes I use ghostery it's an addons for your browser and you can see who is tracking you)
