from my stance it sounds more like "i read bl because my internalized feelings of being nblm/mlm and never realized that was case until later on" and not "i'm nblm/mlm because i thought yaoi was hot and cool"
exposing yourself to lgbtq content and then realizing you're lgbt is completely ......
