This is in a kingdom setting where the uke has magical powers but isn’t supposed to use them cause there dangerous so the king guy gives him a necklace that he has to wear that suppress his powers. The seme is the king of the rivaling kingdom and he also has powers. He basically is helping the uke not thin of his powers as a curse, while they also go to an auction thingy where there are kids with magical powers. They are taking out all the magical powers from the kids, so the seme and uke make a plan to help the kids.
