So my theory about the whole thing about the (fake) tsukasa is he is a spirit who grants the desire of people no matter what the shape is or it doesn't matter if the way is wrong, atleast the wish is granted, and this spirit took the form of tsukasa bcoz it doesn't have a physical body, so maybe he can't get out of his boundary (which is the red house). Unlike Hanako this spirit also doesn't have a human assistant, sooo he took the body of tsukasa, and in exchange of his spirit to the house, he switched places with tsukasa so the kid tsukasa can't get out of the house. I dunno just my theory HAHAHHAAH
Maybe the bad tsukasa is granting the desire of kid tsukasa to be loved by hanako in a possesive way, u know the usual that u should only love or think abt me
Lol the red house is kinda like Hanako, what I meant is it makes people wish come true but with a price to pay, remember that Hanako is a spirit that makes people's wish come true
