I'm rethinking of reading it again after reading chap. 3. I don't get it. Why did the MC refuse the 3 million won when he is indeed needed of money and he can just graciously accept it for his sister's sake. Is he dumb or something?

Well, this is so so. I don't know if its only me but I feel like the later chapters have become boring and didn't suffice the interest I had from the beginning of this story. Still, its a good read.
