    (Don’t ask why I know this) but ik specifically that Dr.Seokhwa from Rainbow City, never wears underwear. (Doesn’t wear socks either). His body temperature is higher than the normal human so he gets too hot when he wears stuff under his clothes. :3 (SA in chap 3, best to skip)
