Because i have exactly know someone like her , it doesnt happen to me but it happens to my friend, this particular colleague "A" is always causing troubles or atleast want everyone to follow her lead if we dont she gonna bring tht problem to work too ita affecting the works and my friend the most because her work related with A. Its frustrating and the higher-up always brush it off
