Probably nobody cares but that dice thingy is Mongolian traditional game tool called “shagai”, its actually real sheep ankle bone. They can be instrumental (in folk music) to various types of games. Bone has 4 sides, called horse, camel, sheep and goat. Every side and combination has different meaning for each situations, If throwing 4 animal in one go its the best, the ankle bone also can be fortunate telling tool to someone has abilities too. ( My fav one game is horse racing
It was a thing in ancient Rome and Greece as well. It was called astragalus. We call it "tabas" in Spain and its sold nowadays in colorful plastic or resin material.
