The romance feels so forced pls.. On the initial chapters I said, "she's not even that pretty" but gave it the benefit of the doubt bc it ay just be from the artist's artstyle but then we get introduced to this medicine lady here who's 100x prettier than the supposed female lead. The fl's appearance are hjust fillers at this point.
And no, I'm not that much a hater of romance in murim or general shounen plots, but the one here is forced and bland, and one sided. It's poorly written..-.
I've read lots of the same reincarnation plots where the fl could at some point be considered the mc's daughter or grand daughter and it does make me iffy, but since the plots are usually well executed to make me forget about it. But not in this one, mc's acknowledging that he has a fiance, he's fine with it, not even adressing their mental age gap.
