That ending was so sudden but also I feel so bad for the second guy suddenly gaining sentience on accident and knowing it's a glitch but still trying your best because you feel real feelings despite knowing that to everyone else you're just a bunch of code and pixels and could literally never stand a chance is the most depressing form of isolation I've ever seen in a comic and it's not even treated like that big of a deal. Jaehee's perspective on this is basically a psychological tragedy. Forced to feel genuine feelings but knowing that neither you nor your entire world even really exist to the person that you have no choice but to love forever.
