so i'm not even trying to shift realities but, i was having this very realistic dream and as i was walking in that dream it started feeling real and my vision was spinning for some reason. BUT i got scared and tried to wake up by moving but I couldn't and it feels as if my body was not concious. Now idk if it was shifting or I was just having a sleep paralysis. although i also wasn't able to open my eyes that easily either.
