1. it's just your run of the mill yakuza trope but done so so so good, and realistic, and raw?
2. the pacing is a bit odd like it doesn't really focus on the usual things but rather I feel they're putting extra spotlight on the pretexts and blushes and eyebrow twitches like everything is so subtle and beautiful but also still grounded, it doesn't feel beautiful in a way a god x human stories do, it's beautiful in a coming-of-age sense way?
tne way I thought this was gonna be all dramatic and emotional and dark but it's just goofy and sloppy romantic so far
