The story goes in a loop kinda, the ML keeps regressing after dying but somehow the FL is able to change how things go so he’s able to do things differently to find out who wants to kill him, but I remember in one instance he was getting a suit fixed up and she was accidentally pricked by a needle and turns out the needle was poisonous and she died but it was meant for the ML.

The Villainess Needs Her Tyrant" / The Villainous Tyrant Has Returned
This one features an ML who regresses repeatedly after his failures, trying to correct his mistakes over and over to earn the FL’s love. In one version, readers mention:

“In the first chapter, we see a glimpse of how the ML fucked up in his first life and they both die. The ML regresses in time and attempts to be a decent person that the FL would love.”

It's a male‑point‑of‑view loop with FL involvement and repeated correction of events. The suit‑getting scene may be one of those moments he adjusts in the new loop to act differently or visible transformations in his social status.

Another Possibility: "Just Leave Me Be"
In this, the ML has been regressing for years specifically to prevent the FL’s death and get a happy ending. From discussion:

“Just Leave Me Be” – FL regresses when the story begins but eventually it’s revealed that ML has been regressing for years to try and prevent her from dying. Things didn’t stick until our plot when the amount of regressions stacked up for a miracle.

That dynamic fits your description of ML dies and loops and FL making changes to save or support him.

Fl is tricked into a relationship but the husband was doing it for revenge against her family. I read Dive ( https://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/dive_diva_scans/ ) but I should’ve let it marinate cuz it has me on a chokehold

Female lead dating an older man recommendations, bonus if it’s spicy :))

It’s a manhwa I believe the cover features the MC with brown hair and bangs and she has a blue dress. What I remember is that she kinda has powers and helps the ML fight monsters, he’s super obsessed with her and even his pet eagle takes care of her. I also remember her being afraid that he was gonna fall for the original fl of the story but he was too obsessed with her by the point he met her that he didn’t even take a glance at the ogfl

Aight I need all the BL Omegaverse pros to answer a question, in Kiss me liar, do yall remember how Keith tried to mark yeonwoo, but since yeonwoo didn’t want to he wasn’t marked. Cant josh just undo the mark in kiss me if you can ? (Correct me if I’m wrong)

I ain’t never heard of undoing a mark. I’ve heard of temporary vs permanent marks, but I’m pretty sure you can’t undo a mark. Been awhile since I read kiss me liar, I guess some authors can add a consent thing for the marking but I don’t think you can undo marks (unless that part is like surgically removed or something)

I'm pretty sure it depends on the author, because I've heard a few stories that have done the "undoing a mark" troupe for the sake of the plot, but in traditional a/b/o AUs, marks can't be undone.

If the author wants it to be a part of the story, they can alter/tweak the rules a bit to suit their needs. I haven't read "kiss me if you can", so I wouldn't know the AU rules of that one.

Technically, in Kiss Me Liar, yes you can lose the mark. They explained the reason why Yeonwoo temporary lost his was cause he didn't have any memories/ strong feelings to keep the mark on him, hence why he tortured Keith by saying that as an omega he can get many marks by other Alphas but Keith being an Alpha can only have his mark. Josh can probably lose his mark but like he would need to lose not only his memories but also his feelings for his partner. Like the brain has to have no reason as to hold onto the mark and it'll poof be gone.

Josh won't get his mark undone cause well if you read the novel iykyk (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ

Yes I've only read about surgery option.. They cut the gland which make them pretty much a beta but it makes them weaker since Omegas are already on the frail side
(〜 ̄△ ̄)〜 but it's better to have no gland than to be with an asshole alpha that uses the mark as a shackle lol
