So based from Heart's behavior on chap 20 it could probably explain Henry's cheating on Victor. Perhaps Henry knows Victor's true nature too well, so he chose to put some distance, because Henry obviously loves and lust for Victor(proven by Heart and Dick) but we'll see
The irony of Victor being indifferent to Heart when his struggle is if Henry had really loved him this entire time, even showing more interest in Head and Dick oof
