Soooo mielle is actually just trying to frame aria as the murderer, cuz she is a petty bitch as you all know. She thinks now she is all high and mighty cuz she's one of lady isis partner in crime. Lady isis is planning to betray and fled the empire by marrying the neighboring king. She promised mielle a high nobility title and a life of prosperity with frederick in that kingdom if she follow her orders to kill her own father. They don't want to lose to aria till the very end even though they're about to be traitors soon lmaoo. They keep saying about how the empire's bloodline should still be kept pure even though they would no longer be one of the subjects or something. It's so bullshit omgg.
None of the characters know snything about asher and aria's power to the very end so rest assured. Mielle and Isis is too dumb to suspect snything like that in the first place
