I have to check the raws, because I really hope the tutor is screwed, and the MC's brother is find someone better. I really liked the tutor, but... he always said that he is more mature because he is older, but what did he do? He knows just one side of the story, then hit the MC. Really-really mature thing, sure. Violance is not the right answer in this situation. If he wants to help, he should have heard all sides and than help them to reconcile. And if he can't do that, just stay put and don't stick your nose where it doesn't belong.
