but the more these dudes use their powers they get horny and need guiding to survive. these dudes r called espers,
now guiding basically means physical contact with a person who is a guide that if they touch them then they heal from the aftermath of using too much powers. more contact, more guiding meaning sex.
there's classes with S being the most powerful and also compatibility

So basically there's a bunch of ppl with special powers called espers. When they use their powers, they take on backlash. To "heal" the backlash, they need ppl called guides. Guides can heal espers through physical touch. Usually the more intimate the touch, the stronger the healing.

Tldr: guides heal espers through sex
