The original hyesung would beat dojin up and abort byul because of that (I'm aware that he's a teenager). I'm joking of course, but that would not have been his reaction, at least not from... you know... hundreds of chapters in his story.
This entire plot has felt like a forced drama to get byul to kiss the other alpha honestly and it is so disappointing to see hyesung, such a complex written character, be just a ploy in it. He literally lacks all of his personality that we've seen in Love is an illusion and it feels like he's just there for marketing of this story.
That is smart because this story has nothing that distincts it from other stories with omegaverse, so I can't imagine many would read it without the original couple being in every chapter lol. I don't think anyone can objectively deny this since the comments are always filled with conversations about hyesung and dojin even though they're shown only for two panels every chapter as background characters
I want the MC to fuck him up even more, he's clearly good at it and wants to as well so I don't see how the ML can come back from this tbh, at least others realize their mistake at some point he's just delulu and still thinks it was a quirky little thing

it seems like the author is pushing the narrative that soohan thinks that the dad change but he didn't change at all and is still the same, to just stretch the story out, which doesn't work at all because he actually didn't and he hasn't done anything for even soohan to think that he did. LIKE if she wanted to make it seem like soohan THOUGHT that his dad changed from his pov, but not from others pov, THEN she should've made him done something for soohan that would actually justify soohan thinking that he actually DID change. Because without it, it literilly doesn't make any sense. Like Girl.. just skip the whole narrative if you're not even gonna put even the minimal effort into it
I'm tired of these stories starting with badass bottoms who end up as morons at the end of the story. I think this one is different because author can't justify making uke forgive the seme for literilly killing his father over politics.. with that being said, i'm afraid we're slowly going down that route cause she's really stretching out this story

The story is incerdible and realistic.. so far... I read spoilers in the comments and according to them things get twisted from here, the couple loses their biggest strong suite, communication, and it becomes too stupid with both of them making too many stupid descisions and it sounds so forced and out of charachter for them that i'd rather remember this as a cute and realistic gay love story rather than... that.
