why is no one checking and reporting on the status of the child she brought in?? its so irresponsible, they brought in a child like stray puppy and leaves it alone thinking it would grow like weeds?, they could have easily seen those slap marks on his legs if someone just checks, and if someone takes care of him, he have guards but he has no trust worthy nannies? does that even make sense?
