It’s honestly kinda sad that he keeps asking if he is going to leave him or if he loves him. He is constantly looking for attention and affection. He obviously had some kind of family matter where his dad kinda abandoned him and the seme did the same thing. He obviously has some sort of trust issues and is not mentally stable.
